«A Star is Born!»
The times are definitely over when the Inkjet Technology was disparagingly viewed as technology with low quality standards.
The best proof of this printing technology’s breakthrough was presented at the Labelexpo ’19 in Brussels by the HanGlobal LabStar 330 Inkjet Label Press.
Labelexpo, celebrating the 40th show in Europe as the “world’s largest label production fair”, took place from the 24th to the 27th of September in Brussels. More than 600 manufacturers from the label and flexible packaging printing industry showed their latest technologies, machines and accessories. Among them was the brand new „LabStar 330“ from HanGlobal. The digital UV inkjet system of this press combines high print quality (CMYK and white, expandable with violet and orange, available with a resolution of 600 dpi or 1200 dpi) with optimal economics. The fully equipped inkjet label Press of HanGlobal is available as a very attractive investment with a service package from Switzerland.
In Focus: Quality – Price – Performance
The LabStar 330 perceived as an entry-level model is ideal for users looking for a «workhorse» with unrivalled return on investment (ROI). The inkjet press is manufactured in China and priced around 20% lower than comparable competitive presses. Amazing not only for its attractive price but also for the service package, the LabStar 330 offers stable print image with a of resolution 600 or 1200 dpi, a production capacity of up to 50m/min, coupled with sophisticated Kyocera printhead technology and easy-handling features, all experienced by the viewing visitors to Labelexpo.
The LabStar 330 is a roll-to-roll UV inkjet press for label and packaging printing. The press can be upgradeable on the site – from 600 dpi to 1200 dpi (resolution), from 4 to 7 colours (CMYK plus white, plus violet and orange).
The LabStar 330 is the result of capitalising on the many years of knowledge and experience of the Asian HanGlory-Group based in Shenzhen. The Chinese company is new to the European Market, forming a competence centre in the Swiss Sulgen (Canton Thurgau) with Opal Digital Printing Equipment.
Karl Fust, who sets up sales for Europe, explains: ‘Opal Digital Switzerland is responsible for all services from Switzerland including consultation, sales activities and service and support. Every machine supplied to Europe will be fully tested in Sulgen allowing customers to “acid test” their own prior to delivery. The interest that the LabStar 330 received at Labelexpo 2019 is very gratifying. More than 100 concrete leads from all over Europe were recorded.
A visit to Opal Switzerland is well worth it – because like a visitor of our stand in Brussels aptly concluded:
